Developed using the same performance principles as our carbon frames, the Deadfast Alloy range delivers race-proven stiffness, speed and handling in a strong, practical platform.
Every size is individually engineered, from Mini through Pro XXXXL in 20” and Junior through Pro XXXL in 24” Cruiser, with geometry and tube profiles optimised for each rider category.
Constructed from hydroformed, multi-butted 6061 aluminium, the range balances stiffness, strength, weight and rider feedback. Pro sizes and above feature performance-focused standards including T47 bottom brackets and tapered head tubes, while smaller sizes retain lightweight, proven BMX standards.
The range also includes the ProSX, developed with direct input from Kurt Pickard for the speed and technical demands of modern Supercross tracks, delivering explosive acceleration, stability at speed and precise handling.
