We searched extensively for a manufacturer capable of producing titanium bolts to the standard we required. The result is a premium Grade 5 Titanium / Ti-6Al-4V bolt, manufactured for strength, consistency and durability.
Our bolts have been tested to failure at more than double the standard recommended torque for a titanium bolt of this size, while weighing approximately 50% less than equivalent steel hardware.
Each bolt features a clean 10mm-wide head with a laser-etched Deadfast logo.

Compatibility
Designed for components using M6 hardware, including many BMX stems and crank arm pinch-bolt applications such as Shimano DXR and Beringer.
Always check the component manufacturer's specifications for the correct bolt diameter, thread pitch, length and torque before installation.
Installation
Always use a torque wrench and tighten to the torque specification recommended by the component manufacturer.
IMPORTANT: Anti-seize must be used on titanium hardware. Titanium fasteners can be susceptible to galling, cold welding and thread seizure when installed dry.
